Refund Policy for GV Holidays

At GV Holidays, your satisfaction is our priority. We recognize that travel plans may change, and we strive to maintain a transparent and fair refund policy that complies with European consumer protection regulations.

Refund eligibility depends on the timing of your cancellation and the specific service booked. In general, cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled travel date qualify for a full refund. If a cancellation is made between 3 to 6 days in advance, a partial refund of up to 50% may be granted. Cancellations made within 72 hours of departure or failure to appear (no-show) are typically non-refundable.

To initiate a refund request, please email us at support@gvholidays.online with your booking ID and a brief explanation for the cancellation. If approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Please note that refunds are not issued for unused portions of travel, early departures, or dissatisfaction resulting from personal expectations. In the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, or government travel bans), exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
